3 November 2026 – The Misano World Circuit is the setting for the final round of the 2026 Alfa Revival Cup on 7–8 November. Following four rounds, the championship reaches its decisive weekend with the E/F title still to be settled and several positions in the G/H/I standings hanging in the balance. Sunday’s 60-minute race will bring the curtain down on a season marked by close competition across the categories.
The closest title fight is in Group E/F, where Emanuele and Alessandro Morteo lead the standings following Spa-Francorchamps. Representing Irpinia Northwest Jolly in their Giulietta TI, they hold a six-point advantage over Giovanni Serio and Franco Mischis, who missed the Belgian round but return to the grid in Carrera Team’s Giulia Sprint GTA. Third in the standings, Roberto Lonardi remains in contention aboard the Giulietta Spider Veloce entered by Scuderia Nuvolari.
In Group G/H/I, Davide Bertinelli holds a commanding championship lead, strengthened by his second-place overall finish at Spa-Francorchamps alongside Roberto Restelli. The pair will once again share the Alfa Delta OKP 1750 GTAm. Behind Bertinelli, Restelli and Fabrizio Zamuner are level on points in second place, with Mario Salomone, Giacomo Barri and Carlo Barbolini Cionini just three points further back. André Kardol, driving the GT Veloce 2000 for Alfa Race Team, sits fourth, just two and a half points behind the trio.
The fight for the podium will span several classes, with the G2 TC 2000 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTAms particularly prominent among the leading contenders. The class will also feature Ambrogio Perfetti, Francesco Pantaleo and Emanuele Benedini, the latter two sharing a Carrera Team 1750 GTAm. Hans Luginbühl will be joined by Formula GT team manager Peter Praller in another example of the model.
In H1 T 2000, Salvatore Carbone and Marco Leva will represent Gatti Team in the GT Veloce 2000, while Antonio Palma and Guglielmo Maggio return to the grid in an identical car entered by Carrera Team.
In Group I, Gianluca Bardelli will compete in Andromeda’s Alfetta GT America, while Carrera Team welcomes back the Guerra pairing. Having missed Spa, they return following their victories at Varano and Vallelunga, with Federico Buratti and Massimiliano Bettati providing the opposition in their class, also aboard a Giulia Sprint GTA.
The intensity of the racing and the technical pedigree of the Alfa Romeos on track continue to attract a younger generation of drivers to the Alfa Revival Cup, drawn by the opportunity to compete in cars that, decades on, have lost none of their racing character.
That passion is also passed down through families, reflected in the father-and-son pairings of Massimo and Marco Guerra, and Fabio and Giulio Sordi, the latter born in 2001. At Misano, Emanuele Kamata, born in 2008, will contest the entire race at the wheel of the No. 34 1750 GTAm, having shared the car with his father Matteo at Spa-Francorchamps. Alessandro Raimondi, just 20 years old, will make his Alfa Revival Cup debut alongside his uncle Raffaele in an Alfa Delta OKP 1750 GTAm.
Alessio “Alex” De Angelis is another notable addition to the Misano entry, making his Alfa Revival Cup debut alongside Fabrizio Zamuner in an Alfa Delta OKP Giulia Sprint GTA. He brings international experience spanning rally raids, historic rallying, regularity events and circuit racing.
Saturday 7 November will feature two free practice sessions, from 09:55 to 10:20 and 12:20 to 12:45. Qualifying follows in the afternoon, from 15:05 to 15:35, to determine the starting grid.
On Sunday 8 November, the final 60 minutes of the season get under way at 11:50. The enduring appeal of historic Alfa Romeos and the spirit of the championship will be on full display once again. There is always something special about a season finale, when every lap matters that little bit more and the chequered flag brings far more than a race to a close.
